08.01.2017 - After a fresh installation i am not able to login to radius desk with default user credentials. The errorr says "Failure - Not defined". Please help .

Troubleshoot:

  • Make sure the Caps Lock is off.
  • Make sure that you have an active and reliable internet connection. Sometimes Internet connections cause unexpected errors such as timeouts or packet loss.
