Correct the user name will always be ( ubnt ) this does not change. You can always change the username on your own but UniFi Video itself

Starting your username with a number is not allowed. It throws the same red text onto the screen (letters and numbers only, 64charactors).

The username is ubnt and the password is whatever you set the master password to or the random generated one it you did not set it.
